Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Body Lotion & Body Wash (personal care items)
- Swimwear that has been removed from its original packaging or shows signs of wear
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (5600 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, US 36117)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely including all original packaging and tags. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring your package
- Including the return authorization number on your package
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All customs duties and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
